I genuinely love the work I get to do. Nursing gave me a foundation of compassion, grit, and purpose, and stepping into nurse entrepreneurship opened my eyes to possibility and real freedom!
I am preparing to graduate from the University of Tennessee with my Bachelors in Data Analytics and User Experience. It is the perfect blend of creativity, strategy, and problem solving, and I am excited to carry that into the way I serve and support nurses!
When I am off the clock, I love going to sporting events or being outside exploring a new trail with my golden retriever, Gilbert. We are pretty inseparable and happiest when we are out enjoying nature.
Fun fact: I have moved ten times in ten years. I guess you could say I am always up for an adventure and never afraid to say yes to a new opportunity!

I love getting to do work that supports nurses and lets me be part of such a meaningful mission, especially alongside family. It is inspiring to see nurses build careers that give them freedom, growth, and a life they love, and I am grateful to play a role in that journey.
Outside of work, you can usually find me with a matcha in hand, reading a good book, or searching through vintage racks. Hawaii will always be my happy place, since I lived there, graduated high school, and started college there! It is still the spot I picture when I think about peace and sunshine.
Recently I have been learning to cook, something that started after working at Nobu in high school. My favorite dish so far is crab wontons which has officially become my go to!
I feel lucky to be here, to be learning every day, and to support such an amazing community of nurses.

My journey as a nurse entrepreneur was not planned, but it has been one of the best decisions of my life. What began as a leap into something new has become a calling to support nurses who are ready to lead, build, and create work that gives them purpose and freedom. Through the NNBA and Hart Healthcare Solutions, I am grateful to walk alongside nurses as they grow and step into possibility.
I have been married to my husband, Jeddy, for more than twenty years, and we have four wonderful kids who keep life full and lively. When I am not working, I love spending time with our golden retriever, Sunny, creating art, and soaking up moments of quiet in between our busy family days.
Fall is my favorite season. Cozy soups, crisp air, and anything pumpkin spice feel like a reset and a reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment.
I am honored to support nurses who are building what is next and stepping into their own path with courage and heart.

Sunny
Meet our official NNBA mascots and everyday proof that building a business should also make room for a good life! Sunny is happiest when she has your full attention, and Gilley brings non stop energy and curiosity to everything.
At the NNBA, we champion nurse entrepreneurs who want purpose, growth, and real freedom. These two remind us what that freedom looks like in real life. Take breaks. Be excited about what you are building. Make space for joy. Stay curious. Keep moving forward.
They are here to set the tone: work hard, love what you do, and do not forget to live while you build.
