Nena Hart brings over a decade of leadership in corporate healthcare and a passion for empowering nurses to transition from traditional roles to self-employment and entrepreneurship. As the President of the National Nurses in Business Association (NNBA) and Owner of Hart Healthcare Solutions, Nena’s mission is to support nurses in finding flexibility, fulfillment, and financial freedom through self-employment and business ownership. She is proud to lead an organization that has been the voice of Nurse Entrepreneurship since 1985, offering nurses the knowledge, tools, and connections necessary to achieve their business goals.

With her background in healthcare leadership, Nena has successfully guided large organizations through accreditation, compliance, and operational excellence in hospice, home care, and post-acute care settings. As the founder of Hart Healthcare Solutions, Nena provides consulting services that specialize in accreditation and regulatory survey success, leadership development, critical thinking programs, and healthcare operations.

One of Nena’s greatest passions is helping nurses explore entrepreneurial opportunities, especially in consulting and subcontracting roles. Her background includes leading retreats, developing professional courses, and providing both 1:1 and group consulting services to help nurses find fulfillment and success in entrepreneurship. She offerscoaching and consulting services that enable nurses to utilize their skills in a variety of industries, helping them build profitable business models and create new revenue streams including passive income through digital courses and content.
